An active stay in nature refined by self-development by applying yoga methods (yoga exercises, breathing techniques and meditation walks) contributes to the fact that ecological awareness is more deeply internalized in the being of the individual, and thus the ecological activities of individuals and the local community have a long-term dimension and become sustainable.
