If you want to bring your business team to a quality place for regenerative content, team building activities, for residential educational activities, welcome to the ARKONA PN educational center.
ARKONA PN Center thanks to its capacities and specific geographical location – a nature park, provides opportunities for the organization of corporate retreat activities, especially those that contribute to the regeneration of individuals, the development of sustainable resilience to stress in private and professional environments. Studies on the improvement of corporate care for human resources indicate the importance of introducing social amenities, activities in the field of recreational sports and culture, active stay in nature.
The specificity of our service are regenerative programs in the field of recreational sports and active vacation in the natural environment, which include the following:
1. Regenerative activities (adapted yoga classes, meditative walks in nature, volleyball, yoga therapy sessions, exercises for the revitalization of team cohesion and collegial spirit among coworkers),
2. Activities in nature – Self-development and coexistence with the environment through work in the garden – conscious gardening and the development of so-called green skills, and
3. Development of leadership competences through the workshops of the Coaching for Transformative Leadership educational program. This program is designed to specifically inspire participants to focus, be proactive, approachable and enthusiastic.
For your team’s needs program will be specifically designed in relation to the development plan of your organization or company.
Our center has the possibility to host up to 40 participants. Also available is a technically equipped conference hall, a lecture hall, a hall for physical activities, a music hall, an outdoor area, and a volleyball court. In the immediate surroundings there are numerous hiking trails, a tennis court and attractive tourist locations.
Our organizational team has decades of experience in organizing international public events with a large number of participants. So far, we have organized over 50 international educational professional seminars with simultaneous translators in 4 languages, 5 scientific conferences, study visits in Europe and Asia, 12 international festivals, corporate team building, professional video and audio production of educational content.
